Abstract

Mass, allowing us to determine both the size of weakened zones and the degree of weakening of the rock mass at any point in the massif. To assess the weakening of rock mass in upland deposits at various distances depending on the number of explosive charges detonated before and after the blast, core samples were taken from seven boreholes, drilled every 3 meters from the free surface into the massif to a depth of 20 meters. To determine the size of the zones of weakening of the rock massif strength, an express method was used using the method of water absorption of the massif.
